Suwanee Prep uses a system called Tadpoles that sends pictures and videos of what your child is doing throughout the day. When you pick up your child, you will receive a daily Activity Report that highlights the activities and curriculum covered, time of nap, what portion of lunch your child ate, and diapering/potty times.
Suwanee Prep Academy is committed to the safety and security of the children and teachers in their school. The security system requires a pass code in order to enter the building. Visitors are required to present identification. Alternate caregivers, authorized by children’s parents, must present identification.
Each family receives vacation weeks, number varies per center
Yes, Suwanee Prep Academy starts learning early in the morning so all students are required at school no later than 10:00am unless a Dr note is present. We ask families to please let us know when student(s) have appointments so we can ensure a accurate count is provided for the day.
Payments are due Friday by 10:00pm for the upcoming weeks. Families who fail to pay tuition by 10:00pm will receive a late fee charge.
Suwanee Prep Academy adopted a series of school-wide guidelines and protocols to become an even more healthy, and safe educational environment. As a Food Allergy Aware School, Suwanee Prep Academy prohibits foods with peanut and tree nuts listed as ingredients throughout the school and at all school events. For example, foods such as peanut butter, Nutella, Reese’s peanut butter cups, granola bars with peanuts, baked goods made with almond flour, etc. are not permitted.
Suwanee Prep Academy will only allow outside food if there is a note from physician stating the reason why.
